Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States and Canada. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. However, depending on your country’s customs process, shipping can take up to 30 days in rare cases.
Please note: Due to ongoing disruptions with shipping carriers and customs processing, some orders may experience longer-than-usual delivery times. We are actively working with our suppliers and carriers to minimize delays whenever possible.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping. Shipping typically takes 7–20 business days after shipment. However, depending on your country’s customs process, shipping can take up to 30 days in rare cases.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Pre-Orders Notice
All orders placed at this time are considered pre-orders. We are currently producing our first bulk batch of mugs with our manufacturing partner, and orders are expected to ship within approximately 3–6 weeks.
We truly appreciate your patience and support while we prepare this launch. Your order helps support the first production run of StimMug, and we’re excited to get it into your hands as soon as possible.
